  • No. We do not accept any policy that is funded by Medicaid or Medicare. This includes supplementary policies one may have in addition to their primary policy, such BlueOption or the like.

    In the event you have a primary policy and a supplementary, please be aware neither may cover the service and you will be financially responsible for the full fee amount.

  • Initial Intake Assessment $200

    Individual, Family & Couples $130 per hour

    15 min over hour $35

    We offer a sliding scale to offset the expense for those uninsured or under-insured. To see if you qualify please mention at the time services are initiated and you will be contacted by our billing specialist to determine what reduced rate you qualified for.   • BCBS, United, Humana, Tricare, Cigna, Aetna, Medcost, Oscar health, Oxford Health

  • RTC clinicians are paneled with most major commercial insurance companies and we file most claims for you. The majority of our clients pay a copay that is equal to or less than their primary care copay. Copays or deductible payments are due at the time of service.

    We always recommend reaching out to your insurance provider for coverage information. If you have not used this benefit in the past or have recently changed insurance providers contacting your insurance company directly is the only way to know exactly what is covered.

    Unfortunately, every plan and provider is different, in turn we are unable to give generalized information.

  • Due to the nature of our work it is difficult to provide definitive timelines for individuals to start services. Once you have completed the referral form, RTC’s referral coordinator will reach out to gather any additional information that is needed. You will then be paired with a clinician that meets your needs and schedule. The more flexibility in your preferences and schedule, the more options you may have in being paired with a therapist sooner.

  • RTC is asking the following COVID-19 precautions be taken:

    • Please wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the office.

    • Masks are are optional this this time.

    • Please minimize the number of non-active clients present in the waiting room.

    • If you have been exposed, tested positive, or develop symptoms, notify your therapist prior to appointment time and other options will be explored for treatment.

  • YES!

    In compliance with HIPPA we utilize only Google Meet and Facetime to provide telehealth services.

    In emergency situations a traditional telephone may be used, we cannot guarantee insurance will cover this service.

    **It is important to contact your insurance provider to ensure they cover telehealth services**

    • Reminder: We do not accept Medicare and Medicaid (or any supplemental plans of either)

    • If initial intake paperwork is not completed 24 hours prior to first appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled.

    • A credit card on file is required for all clients. (Our secure system only allows the last 4 digits of all card numbers to be viewed by staff)

    • If you No-Show your initial appointment the full $200 session fee will be charged to the card on file. (Once services are established there is a $75 no-show or late cancellation fee for all subsequent missed appointments.)

    • Clients are expected to have their insurance information, as well as know their financial expectations upon first visit.

    • Follow all COVID-19 precautions as outlined in the Exposure and Symptom Attestation & the COVID-19 Liability Waiver and Informed Consent. These can be found here.

  • In the event that you do not show for a scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a no show/late cancel fee of $75.

    This fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If there is not a current card card on file, payment is expected prior to scheduling future services.
